CASSA Partnership

Laureate Community Academy is a partner school with Cambridge & Suffolk Schools Alliance (CASSA); a growing alliance of primary, secondary and special schools and post-16 providers from across Cambridgeshire and Suffolk. CASSA believe that working closely together across all phases with a shared understanding of our students is key to achieving success for all.

The ethos of CASSA is a collaborative one where every partner is totally committed to achieving outstanding outcomes for all students. We believe this is best achieved when primary and secondary schools work closely together with a shared understanding of their students. Through-phase co-operation in delivering success is a key characteristic of our alliance.

We also work closely with other key partners including the University of Cambridge Faculty of Education, Suffolk & Norfolk Initial Teacher Training, Cambridgeshire County Council and Suffolk County Council in order to provide and deliver Teacher Training, Professional Development, School to School Support and Research & Development.

At Laureate, we are constantly striving to improve our provision, and look forward to working closely with our CASSA partners in order to share expertise, as well as continuing to develop outstanding opportunities for young people in the town, as part of the Newmarket Schools Partnership.
