Key workers - 23/3/2020

23rd March 2020

Dear parents & carers,

If you have registered as a critical worker and your child will be supervised in school during the closure period, please note the following arrangements:

1. Tomorrow morning (or at the time of your child's first session), you will be asked to complete 'booking forms' covering a minimum of four weeks, so that we can plan staffing rotas, including for the Easter holiday period.
2. The small gate next to the dining hall will be open for Breakfast Club as normal, and then for pupils arriving at 9:00am: children in Nursery, Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 should go to Rabbit Class via the courtyard porch; and children in Years 3 to 6 should go to Eagle Class via the external classroom door (up the ramp).
3. LAST will also be in Rabbit Class, accessed via the small gate as usual.
4. Please only go to the school office if it is absolutely necessary: there will be a new 'one at a time' policy in the foyer, so please wait outside if someone is being served; there will also be a table in front of the hatch to help to maintain social distancing.
5. Children in Years 1 to 6 should bring their CGP study books, in case they are needed.
6. Children are advised to change clothes on arrival home and to wash their hands immediately.

Many thanks
