Record Breaking Purple Day Update
19th May 2023
Thank you so much to everyone who supported our House Captains with this year’s Purple Day in aid of Cancer
Research UK. With your help, we raised £1638.70, which is five times more than any other school in the region raised last year! This was made up of £235.30 from the ‘wear something purple’ non-uniform day,
£134.81 from the pop-up shop and £1268.59 in sponsor money for the Laureate Mile 5K sponsored walk.
A special mention goes to Amelia and Jackson in Rabbit Class, who both raised over £100, helping their class to raise the most money overall – the House Captains will let Year 2 know what their prize is next week!
